A young man pushing a truck full of plastic bottles was seen at Choba Junction in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, while fully dressed in his NYSC outfit.
He was allegedly seen by witnesses on Tuesday, August 2.
Another witness said the plastic bottles are probably for recycling.
