The news of controversial singer, Portable disqualification by Headies awards has brought mixed reactions among Nigerians.
Nigerian singer, Portable was disqualified from the 2022 Headies Awards by her organisers following the threat of his co-nominee and his series of misdemeanours via his social media platforms.
The singer was previously nominated for the two categories‘ Rookie of the Year’ and ‘Best Street-Hop Artiste’ categories.
This is not the first time Portable is on the news for a controversial incident since his hit track, ‘Zazu Zeh’. However, his disqualification has brought mixed reactions across social media platforms, especially Twitter, some people belives he deserves the disqualification while another section feels that the disqualification is too much to deny him.
