Chinonso Arubayi, an actress, has expressed concern about the “latest kind of police tyranny.”
The actress alleged that she saw a policeman attempt to blackmail a driver for splattering water on his clothes.
According to Arubayi, the police officer who won’t hold the government responsible for bad roads was trying to extort a driver who was only working to earn a living.
