Nigerian music star, Wizkid has dropped the remix to his previous single, ‘Essence.’
The new remix to ‘Essence‘ features Candanian Singer, Justin Bieber who added an impressive verse alongside Nigerian songstress,Tems. Just yesterday, Wizkid teased on the song on his IG, Justin also confirmed the remix with his post, “Thank u for letting me jump on the song of the summer. Essence remix out tonight.”

After being released from Wizkid album, ‘Made In Lagos‘ Essence has dominated the mainstream. It is no longer news that the Tems-assisted single, Essence was on Billboard Hot 100 in July.
Furthermore, the song was also included on Spotify’s Song of the Summer playlist in June 2021. Funny enough Barrack Obama, former president of the USA also listed Essence as part of his favourite songs for 2020.
Finally, with the vocal addition of Justin Bieber, we hope this new remix will turn to be 2021’s, Despacito.
